- ➤ Throop Police Department launched the Blue Envelope Program on Thursday to help drivers with autism signal their needs during traffic stops & to train officers on proper responses in Throop. Three envelopes were distributed within 24 hours, and officials expect the program to expand statewide. FOX 56
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Frontline workers at Regional Hospital of Scranton sent an urgent letter asking the state to act on new ownership after a deal deadline passed, fearing delays could hurt patient care and jobs. They continue to provide care while awaiting a swift decision. FOX 56
