- ➤ Little Leaf Farms runs four ten-acre greenhouses just outside McAdoo in Carbon County to grow fresh lettuce using advanced hydroponic systems, which are delivered to nearly 8,000 grocery stores today. The company paused expansion at 40 acres but plans further growth, including a 2026 launch in Tennessee & continued sustainable practices. WVIA

- ➤ The University of Scranton hosted a Black History Month trivia night Monday in the Rose Room of Brennan Hall to celebrate local Black history from the Underground Railroad to modern times. - ➤ Downtown Clarks Summit will remove its 40-year-old clock tower in the next few months due to high repair costs and property disputes—council will soon vote on a dismantling plan, and a 9/11 memorial plaque will be relocated to a new site. WNEP
