- ➤ St. Vladimir’s Ukrainian Catholic Church held a vigil Tuesday night to mark four years since a large scale invasion began, with community members showing ongoing support for Ukraine. The church will host a Palm Sunday event at 2 p.m. in its hall with a Ukrainian soldier and a documentary screening. FOX 56

- ➤ State transportation officials held a webinar on Tuesday, Feb. 24, where residents questioned plans for a Scranton-to-New York City passenger train service (they inquired about schedules, fares and station locations) as feedback will guide future developments. WVIA

- ➤ Teddy Richards (Wilkes-Barre native) flew home Monday after serving as one of two equipment managers for Team USA’s gold medal hockey team in Milan. He began his career with the local Penguins and now leads the equipment staff for the Florida Panthers. WVIA
