- ➤ NeighborhoodWorks NEPA in West Scranton is now accepting applications for 150 hometown hero banners to honor local veterans. The nonprofit requires a service form, veteran photo, and $250 fee (applications are first come, first served) before replacing the displayed banners along Main Avenue and Luzerne St by Memorial Day. - ➤ Cumulus Media filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Mar. 5 to reduce roughly $600M in debt and restructure normal operations.
