- ➤ On March 20, police charged 23 year old Jabril Crumbley after he tried to buy heroin and cocaine and then fled in a car, hitting many police vehicles—one vehicle caused a three car crash that hurt an officer—as officers later found marijuana, codeine liquid and drug gear in his car. PA Homepage
