  • On March 28th, the new State Board of Higher Education met at Luzerne County Community College as educators, community leaders and students shared ideas on improving college affordability and access (Gov. Shapiro urged a strategic plan). The board will hold more regional hearings and finish its plan by September (this meeting was the second of five hearings planned).  WVIA
