- ➤ A 25-year-old man from Scranton was arrested after a high-speed chase across several counties on March 30 for allegedly stealing a 2010 Ford Fusion from Blooming Grove Township, and police stopped his vehicle on Interstate 81 using a precision immobilization technique—then caught him on foot to face charges including outstanding warrants.
