The Lackawanna County-run Electric City Trolley Museum in Scranton joined the Museums for All program on April 25th, letting SNAP families pay only $3 per person for up to four visitors.

Museum manager Chris Calvey said the move offers an affordable way for families to learn about historic trolley rides—an initiative that brings new access to local museum experiences.

Aqua Pennsylvania’s water treatment plant in White Haven will get upgrades to remove PFAS chemicals from drinking water — funded by over $4.4 million in state grants and loans — and will begin construction later this summer with completion expected by June 2026.
