Fans of 'The Office' gathered in Scranton for the 4th Annual The Office 5K run held on Saturday—runners from more than eight countries and across the US joined dressed in themed costumes while proceeds supported Valley in Motion to fund quality-of-life projects in the Lackawanna Valley.

On Saturday, hundreds of runners and walkers participated in The Office 5K in Scranton — the race passed local landmarks seen in the sitcom with some participants dressing as characters.

Nonprofit Valley in Motion sponsored the event — which ended with a block party on Courthouse Square and a pub crawl.

Businesses and community members opened an indoor market on Prescott Avenue in Dunmore, reviving shops from the closed Sugerman’s center.

The event provided a new venue for vendors facing revenue loss and offered items like sourdough, Pokemon, swords, and vintage toys — uniting local shoppers around fresh opportunities.

NEPA Fashion Week has kicked off in the heart of Northeastern Pennsylvania—featuring 18 designers and 50 models of all ages and sizes—and promotes a runway show that embraces diverse talent and community inclusion.

The event brings a fresh look at high fashion for everyone.
