55-year-old Terence Ray from Hazleton waived his extradition in New York and will be sent back to Luzerne County to face murder charges for killing Jessica Lockwood—he is accused of shooting, beating, and burning her body after it was found on Club 40 Road on April 27 following an 11-day manhunt.

Today, the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and Office of State Inspector General announced a new EBT card locking feature—available on the free ConnectEBT app—that lets users lock their cards when not in use to stop benefit theft.
