- ➤ Providence Pregnancy Center held an annual dinner at St. Mary’s Center today—where nearly 300 guests gathered—to raise funds for Casa de Maria, a new maternity home that will house up to four pregnant women and their children up to age five. The dinner featured raffles, live music, and guest speaker Chris Bell, and the funds will support future programming and renovations at the facility. FOX 56
- ➤ The Scranton Area Community Foundation held a ribbon cutting and open house for its new headquarters at the restored Century Club on Jefferson Avenue yesterday—this historic building now offers modern meeting spaces and updated technology to better serve local nonprofits and honor the Scranton family's legacy.
