- ➤ A sensory garden was planted on Adams Ave outside the Lackawanna Blind Association by Scranton Tomorrow and Penn State Master Gardeners to help people with vision challenges enjoy herbs like curry and sage through touch and smell (part of Scranton City Pride). Volunteers will visit monthly to maintain the garden and offer hands-on gardening activities for those who are visually impaired. WVIA

- ➤ Amazon Web Services announced plans to open data centers in Luzerne County and Bucks County following a $20 billion investment in Pennsylvania. The projects will create 1,250 permanent jobs, thousands of construction jobs, and new training programs at local colleges and for K–12 students — supplemented by a $250,000 community fund for STEM grants.
