  • Attorney General Dave Sunday announced a $130K settlement with the Rosado Group for allegedly inflating vehicle prices—dealerships will pay the state with $100K earmarked for consumer restitution to address deceptive sales practices that violated state protection laws.  PA Homepage
  • Attorney General Dave Sunday announced a $130,000 settlement with The Rosado Group— a northeastern vehicle sales group accused of deceptive practices that inflated prices and manipulated credit applications. The group must pay restitution to affected customers and hire a compliance officer to ensure clearer sales and financing practices.  FOX 56
  • The federal government told investigators to stop enforcing wage protections for home care workers, but Pennsylvania law still gives them rights to minimum wage and overtime. Gov. Shapiro has increased state funding to help investigators handle over 6,000 complaints yearly—ensuring workers can file claims if they are not paid properly.  WVIA
