  • Railfest resumed today from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.—the three-day event that began Friday in Scranton—at Steamtown National Historic Site, drawing rail fans to explore vintage locomotives and other rail equipment.   • Runners competed in the 13th Annual Captain James R. Minicozzi Memorial 5K in downtown Scranton on Saturday to honor the late West Scranton native.
