EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Early intervention programs for preschoolers with developmental delays in Northeast Pennsylvania have reached record enrollment with over 1,350 children now served, and plans for a new center in Dunmore are underway — state and federal funding supports these services while providers boost staffing and outreach.
