Indraloka Animal Sanctuary in Dalton plans pop-up clinics to offer low-cost care — a measure that may help families keep pets — while local advocates push for stronger animal cruelty laws. WVIA
- ➤ Keystone Mission closed its downtown Scranton branch unexpectedly, leaving service users shocked and without clear next steps.
